The onsite rounds are held at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering, Pune. Please do not visit without an appointment — the organising committee is a student chapter and is not staffed as a walk-in office.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding institutional holidays. Replies come from one of the addresses above; we will never ask you for a password, a card number, a CVV or a UPI PIN, by email or on the phone.

For refunds and dispute resolution, email the faculty coordinator with your SDGAI26- reference ID if you have one, the UPI transaction reference, and the date and amount of the transfer. The fee is Rs. 100 per team (one-time); if you were charged anything else, tell us and we will trace it. What happens next is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
The BV(DU)COEP ACM Student Chapter is a student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery based in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. This website exists solely to register teams for the Global SDG + AI Hackathon 2026. The terms governing that registration are on the terms page.
